Customer login shows a different user

Hi all,

 

I've received complains from our client that when their customers login to their Prestashop 1.6.0.14 site, there are occasions where it shows information from a different user.

 

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue at will as it is intermittent but I can verify that it did happen. I suspect this happens during higher traffic where there are more concurrent users logging in at the same time. Has anyone else encountered this issue before and any ideas how to fix this?

We meet same issue since few weeks. Customers says they just go to our website and, as magic, they're logged on another customer account.

 

My configuration is a Prestashop 1.5.6.1. I saw a similar post on French Prestashop forum (his config is 1.6.1.10). So I count for the moment 3 messages (me included) with exactly same issue since begin of 2017.

 

We are both hosted by OVH. Are you too?

Hello,

 

OVH ask me to do this :

 

- Access to Prestashop Database
- Go to 'PS_CONFIGURATION' table
- Modify value 1 by 0 for ligne 'PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP'.

 

After done this, nothing have changed. Some Customers are still logged on other people account....

 

Any ideas?

Same thing happened to my shop. Is it worth to try PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP thing, and has anyone found solution for this problem ?
