Problem with .htaccess?

Hello I copy my shop to another server with new domain then I change values in sql -> ps_shop_url and when I go to new url I don't see my page  This is my .htaccess:

ps_shop_url table.



Change the following things

domain => your domain main URL instead of localhost 
domain_ssl => your domain main URL instead of localhost 
physical_url => your domain inside folder

ps_configuration table



Change the following things

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN => your domain main URL instead of localhost 
PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL => your domain main URL instead of localhost 

 if your server is windows then .htacess is not working you need web.config file
