Prestashop install issues 0755 file attributes

Hi

 

I am trying to upload PrestaShop to Easily Linux Server, the install requires the permissions to be 0755 but after contacting Easily support they are saying that they cannot allow settings to be 0755 for the security of their servers? 

 

I have in the past had a PrestaShop site on their servers, but everything became corrupt and now it seems I cannot install PrestaShop on their Servers most bizarre.

 

Anybody come up against this before?  or have any solutions?  or comments that might help me when I talk to them again.

Don't know why this option would give them a problem.
