error after update, how to modify it

hello all
i have a module that created from joomla.
i convert it when prestashop in version 1.2.5

now i upgrade the system to 1.3.1. and the module make my whole site is down
i do not know what make it happen

can you tell me, what different 1.2.5 with 1.3 in programming the module

i really need help.

The structure of modules hasn't changed between PrestaShop v1.2.5 and v1.3.1. I suggest that you go to config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on' so that you get an error message instead of a blank page. Then you'll get an error message telling you which file and line has the problem.

thanks a lot for your tips. i found some problem and i can fix some too.
but i found the something weird here.

what i must to do?
i just do not modify the smarty tools at all
