paddockplants Posted January 8, 2017 Share Posted January 8, 2017 (edited) We have recently been experiencing problems with PayPal module. Customer pays as guest checkout by card then gets either blank screen or error message. Payment is, however, received in our PayPal account and in back office shows as Authorization Accepted by PayPal. This is rapidly becoming a serious issue. Any advice most welcome. paddockplants Posted January 10, 2017 Author Share Posted January 10, 2017 I have now just solved the authorisation issue by deleting the mails folder which was in the files related to the theme in use on the site.
