[SOLVED]Help getting PayPal (not API) to work

I have installed the newest version of PrestaShop, and everything seems to be working, except I cannot get PayPal to work. I am on a VPS server, private ip address, and my own SSL certificate. When I sign in as a customer and try to pay with PayPal, I get the following error. I don't know what to do. I emailed PrestaShop and they said to go on the forum. I can change settings on my server, but I need details. I am new at this. Thank you for any help

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
