Endless hair
HI, I tried to add the Nosto necessary code to my head section and ended up with this error: Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/homepages/11/d656141772/htdocs/clickandbuilds/PrestaShop/MyeCommerce/config/defines.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php7.0') in /homepages/11/d656141772/htdocs/clickandbuilds/PrestaShop/MyeCommerce/config/config.inc.php on line 33 I removed the Nosto code but still cannot open my website front or back. I'm completely at a loss as I'm not very used to code/head or anything of the like. I was following the directions but clearly made a mistake somewhere along the way. Can anyone help me???? Thank you in advance for reading this. https://www.endlesshairextensions.com Jen https://www.prestashop.com/forums/user/132608-vekia/

Endless hair
HI, I was able to fix the issue as I found that the heade.txp was missing so I replaced it. Now I have this issue: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/homepages/11/d656141772/htdocs/clickandbuilds/PrestaShop/MyeCommerce/modules/nosto/nosto.php: Cannot redeclare class NOSTO\ This happened when I attempted to download Contextbox and rename it Nosto. I was trying to be organized but made the situation worse. I don't have the ability to uninstall Nosto it seems but now sure what else to do?? I can't access my modules now. Any ideas?? Thank you in advance for any comments, suggestions at all~ Jen
NemoPS
Why did you rename it? You cannot have 2 modules with the same name, you should name it back
