PS 1.7 Items available on product page

Hi,

I am new to PS and now start creating my shop.

 

Could you anyone help me, how to include items available?

 

I mean:

 

If in stock is 20 items, it will show on PP: >10

if in stock less than 10 it will show on PP: exact number of items

 

Hopefuly it is clear.
