acuarela72
Hi, When somebody buys a product in our store and pays the invoice is supposed to be generated, but instead we keep getting the following error:TCPDF ERROR: Can't open image file: /var/www/vhosts/acuareladiscos.com/httpdocs/tienda.acuarela/cache/tcpdf/mska_d9aa7b06c41eaf0fa9a9c6bc0a8fb45a We need this to be solved since the customers don't know if their orders are processed correctly due to this error. Here's the link to our store: http://tienda.acuareladiscos.com/index.php?id_lang=1 Thank you! Nerea
bellini13
Sounds like your version of Prestashop has a defect when you enabled product images on the invoice. I would suggest disabling that option and see if the invoice can be generated. If you require or want the product images to appear on the invoice, then you will likely need to upgrade Prestashop or locate how to patch it
acuarela72
I cannot find The option to disable The images. I hace version 1.5.3.1 of Prestashop.
bellini13
Oh, then that is likely not the issue. Are you using a module that alters the invoice? I assume this was working at some point, and has recently stopped working? If that is the case, then something has probably changed in your store which has caused this problem to start occurring. oliiix
Check if the folder cache/tcpdf is there and set to permissions 755. Also make sure that your webspace didn't run out of space! This error will occur when there's no space left too.
