Balkon
It seems in older versions PS could only import attribute groups and attributes. Not a great help. It was probably faster to make them in the back office. But now in the "Fields available" for the CSV there are fields like Product ID* and Price. I've spend 5 hours trying to link products and combinations with CSV import but got nowhere.PS:When reading the forum it seems a lot of people are having trouble with importing. Maybe we need better info about importing on : http://www.prestashop.com/wiki/Importing_Product_Data/ . Can I edit it a bit already ?Here is an attempt from other users: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/49825/ but recieved no good info so far. uddhava
Indeed there is not much (or no) information about importing attributes and groups.. Prestashop calls it combinations.I hope to try it out these days and update my thread (which you have included). So stay tuned and please if you find out info then post it in my thread. Editing the Wiki is a essential thing, but "they" might not let you......y
RedOrchard
Just checking . . . Any progress on this front? It just doesn't even make sense to me: first, it's obvious that you should be able to bulk upload option combinations attached to specific products; and second, why in the world do they ask for a product ID in the csv file if you can't actually attach the options to a specific product? phunter121
Hi there, just wondered if you figured this out?I am puzzled by this also, I can see how to load products and also combinations, but how do you link one to the other!
