romanturbo Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 (edited) Hi guys, actually I have a ZOHO MAIL account, but it doesnt seems to work properly. I go to advananced parameters>email . And i select Use the mail function() de PHP I test the sending, and it sends everything ok. However... it doesnt work when I try to send status update of a delivery. It just says, an error ocurred while delivering the email to the customer. It neither sends any email to the client when it buys something. What can be wrong? I need help. I quote the answer that helped me Not sure if this will help you , I had exactly the same problem ... first everything worked in my scenario and than suddenly stopped.Thank I start looking what can cause it and under advanced parameters > logs I found there are some templates missing ....I had my shop> mails > en templates all there - but I was using United Kingdom language pack ! so my template language set wasn't there.I simply renamed en folder to GB under shop>mails> en to gb and now all my templates , password recovery etc works !If you use more than one language you need this template per language so check if it's there I hope some one can use this information - Good luck ! https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/237732-error-occurred-while-sending-email/ 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
