usadigital
Logged back into PrestaShop for the first time in several months to find a couple major problems with our site: 1) Individual product pages not loading. Our main page and catalog pages show up fine, but individual products are just a blank page with a question mark favicon. When we go to the 'SEO' section for each product, none of the links work when we go directly to them. 2) After logging into the dashboard, something is wrong with the 'Catalog' page- it shows the list of products, but there is no style sheet - seems broken compared to the rest of the pages. Maybe the problems are related? Something changed in the past few months and we need to update? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

usadigital
We didn't make any updates or changes, but moved all the files to a new server. Could this be problematic to the functionality of the site? We are trying to get to the modules in order to export our data and try re-installing PrestaShop if necessary. but trying to access the Modules page gives us the following error: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/p35cad0r/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_resource_file.php:Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11323 bytes) Are there any settings on the server we can change that may be different or incorrect from the old server for basic PrestaShop functionality? Is there an easy way to retain our products and categories if we need to do a reinstall of PrestaShop on the new server? Thanks!
usadigital
It looks like we solved our problem! We increased the memory_limit in the PHP Configuration of our server up to 64MB (it was at 32MB). Now our product pages are showing up properly and everything else seems to be in order so far!
