grandall1069
I have changed the module back to standard payments, not ideal! as this is just totally confusing for customers, but at least the customers with paypal can easily complete their order. Waiting to hear back from paypal. What next?

grandall1069
Hi, Update!! Message received from paypal this morning reads as follows:- Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding issues you were encountering with your Payments Pro. I have reviewed your account and can confirm that this was a technical issue within the PayPal system. Our engineers are working diligently to have this issue resolved. I apologise for any frustration that this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Please let us know if you require any further assistance. Looks like a paypal issue not the module Cheers Gareth
shokinro
@grandall1069, thanks for feedback. Yes, the issue is inside Paypal server, not the module. This kind of issue happens but rarely. We also had a few customer been affected.
isidoro@coronabrothe
When a client pays through PayPal prestashop returns the following: "The order was unable to be validated. Please contact our customer service for further assistance. Please, try to order again. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please contact our expert customer support team." However, the payment is duly processed by PayPal and the client receives the e-mail from PayPal stating so. The big problem is that reading the previous note, the clients are ordering again, with the same outcome. Can anybody help us out? At least to find a way to modify the resulting text so that we let them know everything is alright with thir order. Thanks!
grandall1069
Hi, You don't appear to have an SSL cert on your check out pages. As far as I know for the paypal module to communicate and give you the required successful token you'll need to have the SSL cert installed.
