Classic Theme 1.7. too many h1 on index

I guess ive found a bug in the front office classic theme: http://demo.prestashop.com/en/?view=front

 

Every product has an h1 as a title making it on the index page 8 h1s.

 

<h1 class="h3 product-title" itemprop="name"> .

 

Isnt it bad for SEO spamming one page with so many h1s?

 

I do know that there are use-cases where you have you can / have to use a lot of h1 on a single page (listings blog posts f.e.)
