Additional packing

we sell  neon Lamp, we must create  an additional packing box cost up to 4 neon  , so if  the customer  buy 1 -2-3 or 4 neon lamps the program must add directly  one extra box charge.

After 4 lamps,  must do the same also for multiples, so if customer buy for example  6 lamps  , the program must add 2 additional packing box cost.

 

Please let me know if someone has the solution?
