LYNX returning 406 error Apache error?

Hello, I am trying to use LYNX Browser to debug my web

(http://www.yellowpipe.com/yis/tools/lynx/lynxview.cgi)

but it returns this output

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /shop could not
be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
