Can not access the admin panel

Hello

 

i already did read the forum, but didn't find a topic for my problem.

 

My shop is hosted by hosteurope. The first problem i had during the installation, i had to turn on phar in the PHP Suhosin Executor Include Whitelist. Afterwards it completed the installtion without any other problem. After it is finished, i wanted to go to the admin panel to try out my shop. I get this error:

 

The script could not be executed correctly. Please refer to your error log for details about this error. You find it in your KIS under the item "Administration > *YOUR PRODUCT* > *YOUR PACKAGE* > Logfiles".

This is the Error Log entry:

The backend wont work, doesn't matter what functions i turn on in my providers backend. The frontend is working, i can browse my shop without any problems.

 

I'm using PHP 5.6

PHP-allow_url_fopen is turned ON

PHP-allow_url_include is turned ON

 

Any help is more than welcome.
