how import psw cutomer?

Hi i need to reset my orders and my customer, how import the old psw?

i have try to import csv but when i try login the password not match

You need the same security hash, that is the COOKIE_KEY parameter as well as the COOKIE_IV from settings.inc.php, old file.
Then you can copy over the ps_customers table

for example www.mysite.com  (export customer and address)

reset my site

import in www.mysite.com all customer

 

i try to login with my test user and psw not match

i must edit  COOKIE_KEY parameter  also if the site it's the same?
