Cannot access carriers & upgrade modules in PS 1.7

Hello,

 

I have installed Presta Shop 1.7, everything is fine except the below 2 problems.

 

  1.  I cannot able to upgrade modules. its keep on loading for longtime if i click upgrade & nothing happens at the last.

  2.  I cannot able to access Shipping >> Carriers. It keep on loading for long time.

 

In  both problems, I cannot access the store front. i need to restart my browser and wait for 10 mins. I have tried with different computers and browsers.
