Receiving Stock Orders

I am trying to use the stock management for the first time.

 

I entered a stock order in order to make it easier to get the stock into the right position and enable automatic stock management during ordering.

 

However, I have changed the stock order status to "Completely received" but the stock quantities haven't changed.

 

How do I get the stock levels from the order into the system as available for sale?
