Add new product admin url

I have just installed Prestashop 1.7.0.3 for a new project and I can't add products.

 

Whenever I click on 

1. Catalog 
2. Catalog/Products

The link takes me to home page of the site - like the url might be broken.

 

 

All other admin areas are working without problems.

 

I reinstalled twice and the problem persists.

 

Anyone had the same problem ?
