Cant access modules in bo - endless loop problem

Hello,

 

for some reason i cant access the modules section in back office anymore. I switched the server and everything worked fine for about 1-2 weeks, now for some reason i can not access anymore.

 

I get no blank page, error404 or similiar, only a endless loop. I changed the error log in settings on. I still get a endless loop when i want to open modules but for some reason i got one error.

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/var/www/www.domain.de/modules/blockcmsinfo/blockcmsinfo.php:

require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/www.domain.de/modules/blockcmsinfo/classes/InfoBlock.php' (include_path='/var/www/www.domain.de/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear')

 

I have correct file permissions and also using a vps so no big limitiations because of a webhost.

 

Any ideas?

I guess that file is correctly placed in that folder? You can try renaming the blockcmsinfo folder to something else and see if it works without it.

thanks for your fast response. Im using v1.6.1.0 stable

 

Files are correctly placed. I have changed the folder name of cmsblockinfo, still the endless loop. I also tried to use the standard blockinfocms module from installation, no solution.

 

edit: i can open modules in bo when i use the standard modules folder from installation. front office is not the same but i think i will find out which module is the reason, i will edit soon

At the end the solution was a backup of all modules folder which had no diffrence to the one which had this failure. Maybe prestashop edited something automatically wrong
