MANAGING VARIOUS ADVERTISEMENTS IN PRESTASHOP

Hi guys,

Recently we have installed prestashop. This is a nice piece of work. Congratulations! If we are able to make som emoney out of it, surely we wil try to donate some of it to Prestashop Team.

As a newcomer to prestashop, we are learning many ways of customising the pages. Some of the issues we are looking at present are:

1) Inserting various types of 3rd party adverts (for some money to support the site!) Just sometime back we got a code from http://www.bidvertiser.com (a vertical banner script). We have no clue yet how to do it.

2) Inserting in-house banners at the footer and top bar (below currency at top)

4) We are also thinking of changing the grey-shades of the modules.

If anyone of you could guide on this, we would be very happy.

You can all things to to with custom template. For banners - add to the right places codes. You can use direct bidvertiser codes or use OpenX solution.

Second possibility is modify PrestaShop Google Adsense module code.
