Problem with regenerating thumbnails

I looked at the other posts/topics about regenerating thumbnail problems but did not see anything close to the problem I am having.

 

I am trying to regenerate my products images and every time I attempt it comes back with an error. I have tried do it individually, cart_default, etc. but it always come up with the same error. It appears to be looking and not finding a file which I cannot locate anywhere. Any help pointing me in the right direction of where this file is/could would be greatly appreciated. I am using 1.6.1.6
