Confirm cart with a voucher before you buy other products

I wish I could find the answer to confirm the cart with the voucher and proceed to the payment.

I would therefore not be able to add other products if you buy a voucher.

Is it possible to do this just when someone is going to buy a voucher?

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to make it where the customer can only enter the voucher code at the end of the transaction? or once the customer uses the voucher they cannot add anything else and must checkout? or the customer has to get approval from the admin (you) before they can complete the transaction? or something else?

I just want that when a person buys a voucher, can't continue the shopping, if not before ending the purchase of the voucher.
