rocky
Did the customers pay with the USD currency selected? What do you have selected under "Payment restrictions" in the "PayPal" column?
tif
The client has a Canadian account paypal, and there was no option for her to select the payment currency.Where do you find the "payment restrictions"? in Prestashop settings or in Paypal? I can't find it in either....
rocky
The "Currencies restrictions" is on the Payment tab in PrestaShop. You can restrict which currencies can be used with PayPal.

nelsoncomics
Paypal answered to me that I have to use USD$, the currency of my PAYPAL test account. But I am in Sandbox mode and I can't create test account in different currency... So by the moment I have USD$ in Prestashop and USD$ in Paypal test environment. HandCraft
We hv also some critical issue regarding currency. We wish customer to be able to pay in their own currencies provided Paypal allows that particular currency. As we know Paypal allows many currencies. Our version is - Version 1.3.3.0 Our gateways are Paypal for international customers and DirecPay for Indian customers. Our default currency is INR [indian Rupees] In Currencies Restriction, INR is ticked for DirecPay which is Indian gateway and Customer Currency is selected for Paypal. Now issue is, if product price is 1000 Rs [iNR] then for international customers it should get converted in their own currency. Say for US customer it must charge as 20USD. But what happening is, Paypal is charging as 1000 USD instead of 20. It is simply considering price figure but not currency conversion. Issue is same if we select Paypal for either Customer currency -- -- or Shop default currency -- -- But issue gets solved if we restrict payments through Paypal with either USD or EUR or GBP. But we dont want customer to pay as per our choices. He/she must has choice to pay as per his/her own choices. We wish to offer at least imp currency options like USD, EUR or GBP etc Any guess, where is the mess? Thanks!!!
