Change product page condition option in admin menu

hello, i'm new to prestashop and i hope somebody can help me.

i would like to know how to change the default conditions on the new product page.

now there is (for english) new, used, refurbished options and i would like to add other conditions that can be selected (like for example new from stock liquidatation).

i will need also to do that for other languages. i do see that in other languages the new/used/refurbished are translated, but i could not find where.

These conditions are translatable in the theme.
