How can the customer delete a automatic voucher ? (PS 1.6)

I have a automatically generated voucher (a cart rule without code).

I want that the user could delete it from the cart to add another voucher (all vouchers, not compatibles).

 

Problem 1: Automatic generated vouchers haven't the delete icon.

Problem 2: If i put the delete icon visible (in the tpl), when you click on it, the cart is recalculated and the voucher apparears again.

 

Where should I touch? I think it's a question of jQuery, but I'm not sure...

I think it is about the code. Just try to set the voucher code.
