Add extra cost to shipping if customer hasn't registered as a company

Hi,

 

My Prestashop (1.6.1.9) has two different choices for shipping. One for business customers and one for everyone else. Even though the customer gets informed of this, many customers choose the wrong shipping. The problem is that we can't always "guess" if it's a company address or just a regular one. If it's a regular one and the customer has chosen the company shipping, we get an additional bill from our shipping company.

 

I'd like to be able to add the surcharge to the customers shipping cost if they haven't entered a company name and VAT no. at checkout. Is this possible?
