etsilhooq
Hi. I'm having an issue with my Shipping costs. Each time an order is made (testing only for the moment, not in production) i have a "default" Shipping Cost that is added. See http://s18.postimg.org/v62r7cro9/screenshot_180.png Also, the date is not correct (it shoud be the today's date, 18/12/2106) I don't know where these 2 Euros come from, neithe that date. I have my Handling Costs equal zero, and my shipping costs for this order hould be 0,25euros, not 2 euros. On the same Admin order page, i can see the correct shipping costs, see http://s18.postimg.org/du6zznnkp/screenshot_181.png Any idea were the "costs" come from? I'm using the UPS Delivery Status module (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/delivery-tracking/1504-ups-delivery-status.html) and a manually configured Carrier. See http://s18.postimg.org/uvzu1r2ft/screenshot_182.png and http://s18.postimg.org/h3lf64bo9/screenshot_183.png and http://s18.postimg.org/bgp28n95l/screenshot_184.png Thanks. rictools
Weight in first screenshot = 0 For weight < 1 shipping costs are not set Only an idea, maybe this confuses Prestashop ...
etsilhooq
It could be, as the test product has no weight, but with a product with correct weight : http://s18.postimg.org/jh3cx4q3d/screenshot_190.png It just adds two lines (the first one is correct, perhaps...), even worst
rictools
What if you delete the UPS shipping and create it new?
etsilhooq
I've managed to solve this with a manual cleaning of the Database. Each time Carrier is modified a new row is added to the DB, i've cleaned all row as tha last configuration is the only one i wish to keep, cleaned all orders with PrestaShop Cleaner Module and new orders are correct now. Thanks.
