1.3.1 admin loging error

I made changes in files in 1.3 to 1.3.1 that shown on web. After that I can't log in to admin panel. I put email and password correct and the login window is reloading again, and I can try to log in all over again. Help fixing the bug.

i have done that update and everything goes well.
Check that the code you inserted is well formated and watch for bad caracters like " or ; that should not be there.

Otherwise, if no customisation have been done to the so called files then you could just extract these files from the last version archive and overwrite yours.
