Add custom order not working after I update

I just updated to 1.6.1.10

 

Add new orders.....At the bottom of the page called "Create the order" is grayed out.

 

My older version was working. Any solutions would be great.

Also is there a module or a custom page we can add to update the paypal transaction number if a order fails to create after the customer paid. I find if my host is offline this can happen and i must create the order then go to the database to update the paypal transaction number. I seen a custom page someone made for an old prestashop version where you could update the paypal info.

 

This could be very handy if someone could create something that could fix an order that did not process using the paypal info.

Solved:

 

You must have a carrier for shipping created even if you have a digital download store like me.

 

I used a name like

 

Name = digital download

Transit time = ASAP

The other setting will not make any difference.

 

The name will show up in the customers cart if you create a custom order.

 

The older version of prestashop you did not need a carrier. Who ever created this grayed out option forgot to add a rule for digital stores. So this to me is a bug.

We still need a custom back office page to add paypal transactions so the transaction number shows up in the new order created.

Or a code that will add this info at the time we create the custom order.
