Multiple Languages Website URLs setting-I wanna mysite.com instead of mysite.com/en

Hey guys,  please help if you know how to do.

 

I need my website goes to multiple languages, and English would be the major.

But instead of the www.mysite.com/en and www.mysite.com/jp  www.mysite.com/es.  

 

I want the URL can be just www.mysite.com for the English language instead of having the extra /en behind.  Other language will be no problem with the /jp, /es or /it behind the domain name.
