Deactivate Module blocknewsletter

I'm configuring a new web page, but when I tryied to eliminate "blocknewsletter", I deactivated the module "blocknewsletter", but the div didn't disappear:

Could you help me to delete this part of my web?

I solved it! You must uninstall the "blocknewsletter" module, instead only deactivate. You will miss your bulletin registered users, take care!
