Prestashop 1.6.1.9 installation Cant Access Front_Office

Hello,

 

I have installed prestashop in my test ubuntu server but i can't access my front_office 

browser says

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

 

what problems i have ? 

 

i could not found any helpful solution. 

i have configured php.ini as is said in prestashop doc.

 

if you know solution please help

[Knowband Plugins]

This is usually due to the .htaccess file error if you are on a Linux style server. Try deleting your .htaccess file and regenerating it from the back office: 

 

Tools -> Generators then click button "Generate .htaccess file"

 

Note:  .htaccess is a hidden file and might not be visible by default.
