Radio buttons are changing their color and don't seem to work.

Hi am having a strange behavior on presta -v 1.6.1.9

 

The radio buttons in a carrier module change their color to blue and stop working when an additional products is added in quick order with the "+" button.

 

I am attaching an image, too.

 

Any idea what is going on. There are no JS errors in the console.
