Hello all,

I'm in grave need of a prestashop expert. Prestashop support is super slow and we are losing sales for the 2nd day now that our shop isn't online!

So the issue is the BASE URI in advanced parameters > URLS and SEO was changed from / to /es

and that ruined the whole shop. HTTP 500 error.

So backups that our hosting company makes every day for the last 14 days failed to restore

Our host's IT is working on it, but they say that there are tables missing e.g.  missing the table ps_memcached_servers

I dont get why the restore fail in the first place, but this is going for far too long.

We need urgent help someone! What is causing the issue?

It sounds like you created a conflict with the language URLs in your .htaccess file by changing / to /es. Simply editing the ps_shop_url table in your database and changing it back to / should fix the issue. I hope you have a backup somewhere that includes all tables.
