Errors come after migration to VPN server.

1)  Optional parameters Please fix the following error(s)

But no error show.

2) Max execution time: 0

 

My web hosting Vodien Internet Solutions (Singapore) 

said it was cause by Prestashop and they cannot do anythings about it.

 

But before migration, there is no error.

 

Please kindly help for this two errors

Aloha,

 

this may help, I'm not sure, because I don't know about VPS server (do you mean VPN - a virtual private network?) but have you checked your php.ini file? That is where you set your resource limits, including max_execution_time. So you can set it to 30, and that may fix this particular problem. The value of 30 means 30 seconds.

 

Your php.ini file is in the main directory folder.

Hi, yes is VPN server.

Before that my max _execution_time is 600 and I ask for help at the hosting support team, they reply that is my Prestashop setting that cause this error.

have you looked at your php.ini file? Maybe something changed there?
