Restrict a module to only display to some customer groups during checkout?

Is there a way to do this? We have added a module named ContentBox to the checkout pages with information that only applies to some customers (See the text in red that reads "NOTE: Our online checkout…"):

When you edit a customer group, you have a list of modules there, that you can turn off for that group.
