Cart rulles used opossit way (not - but +)

Hello. I want to use cart rulles opossit way, so to add number (+), not subtract (-) see attachement. 

I just do not know whre is writter the formula for  "$total_price".

 

So product_price + shopping_price - vouchers .... atc.

 

Does someone know, where is the formlura, in which file?

it is not possible to use cart rules for adding costs straight away, because the calculation of total price needs to be done in many different places (not only in the cart, but also in orders, in the email to the customers and in the backend).

You will need a module for this.

thanks for replay. I just hope, that the calculation is done just once and all the resrt of system like order, emails ... just use this calculated number. OK never mind. Thans for information.
