Oussama abaied
Hello everyone, After trying to install a new presta theme and it ended up unsuccessful, I decided to recover the backups of the FTP files and database and it will eventually show me these errors. Somebody help me please Edited December 11, 2016 by Oussama abaied (see edit history)
ericzon
Hi Oussama, As the error says, could you verify if your db has been restored successfully? It seems that table ps_shop doesn't exist on the DB where your shop is making the query. Regards

ericzon
Hi Oussama abaied, ps_shop table should exist on your db backup, is a native table from ps core. What tables do you have on your backup??

ericzon
I'm almost sure your db import process has failed, for that reason you only have until ps_connections on the db. Check that process!

ericzon
ouch! well, in a worst case scenario, you have customers & addresses... Inspect your .sql file and look for the missing tables. Good luck!
