bellini13 Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 I suspect you have recently upgraded your shop, where you had previously customized your groups By default, prestashop includes 3 groups, and then based on the type of customer, they are placed into 1 of the 3 1= Visitors 2=Guests 3=Customers I don't believe there is a configuration in the back office, but you could try to update the ps_configuration database table. There are 3 entries, so updating the values might get you what you need PS_CUSTOMER_GROUP PS_GUEST_GROUP PS_UNIDENTIFIED_GROUP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
