Custom registration page

Hi,

I'm looking for a developer able to do this:

On the registration page I need to add two fields (field01 - field02).

Data included in Field01 should be compared with the data in a database column. If data exists in the database, the user will be registered in a customer group.

Data entered in Field01 and Field02, must be visible and editable in the user panel.

Please let give me an estimate of the development costs.
