theme.yml exceptions doesn't work

[Dreamtheme]

Its seems that theme.yml exceptions doesn't work as explained in the docs.

 

 

       displayTopColumn:
            - ps_imageslider:
                except_pages:
                    - category
                    - product
                   
     

 

 

And it don't even install the module like that.
