Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Tools' not found on install 1.7.0.2

my php version  PHP Version 7.1.0

when i install PS 1.7.0.2 

 

 

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Tools' not found in config/config.inc.php on line 52

 

 

 

i see that file line 52 is:    Tools::redirectToInstall();

 

why ?

 

please help me ,i  search ohter topic about  the same problem ,but not resolved.

Check below directory of your server

/classes

 

There should be a file with name Tools.php

 

If there is no such file then pick the same file from a fresh copy of your PrestaShop version and move it to your server.

 

Don't forget to clear the smarty cache in PrestaShop.
