heidi125
I have had problems with the payments via PayPal when a customer is trying to purchase from my store. This is the report I got from PayPal. I did a test transaction on 12/06/2016 and after pulling our report I found that the item amount is being passed in the ten-thousandths place. I provided an example that shows the dollar amount of $12.3735, this is something that Prestashop is sending to PayPal in attempt to process your PayPal payment. I am very sorry for the trouble regarding this matter, you would need to contact Prestashop to have this resolved on correcting the amount being passed over for the request. method "SetExpressCheckout" version "98" buttonsource - "PrestashopUS_Cart" paymentrequest_0_currencycode - "CAD" paymentrequest_0_amt - "21.72" paymentrequest_0_itemamt - "12.3735" paymentrequest_0_shippingamt - "9.35" paymentrequest_0_paymentaction - "Sale" paymentrequest_0_name - "Attraction/Love Blessed Herbal Oil" paymentrequest_0_number - "59" paymentrequest_0_qty - "1" paymentrequest_0_desc - "Attraction/Love Blessed Herbal Oil" I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Prestashop to fix this, but they don't like to answer phones. rictools
Usually 12.3735 means 12 Dollar and a little bit, not ten thousands ... Maybe you configured 4 instead of 2 decimals in global settings?
bellini13
what paypal module, and what version? sounds like the module just needs to round the itemamount like it is rounding the total amount and the shipping amount

bellini13
yea, i hate to say it, but that module sucks. i have personally reported multiple issues and fixes to prestashop over a year ago, and they fail to address them. i would consider that module dead, move on to something that is supported and functional

maxfox44
I'm having a different issue with the Europe paypal module, and I think I'm looking to export to a different platform now. Sadly, it's costing me too much to wait for support.
heidi125
Prestashop support is not very supportive, that's why I am leaving. I have wasted so much money and time with these guys. I am cutting my loses and moving on.
