Error module newsletterpro

Good afternoon, I just made the purchase of the newsletterpro module and when I try to send a test newsletter, I miss this error:

 

Can not lookup dependency "mime.grammar" since it is not registered.

 

And when I have several emails selected from my clients, and I try to send the newsletter, I get these errors:

 

Error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method setUsername in /home/tiendaisa/public_html/modules/newsletterpro/libraries/swift/classes/Swift/Transport/EsmtpTransport.php on line 264

 

 

Error: <br /> <b> Fatal error </ b>: Call to a member function getName () on null in / home / tiendaisa / public_html / modules / newsletterpro / libraries / swift / classes / Swift / Mime /SimpleMimeEntity.php </ b> on line <b> 404 </ b> <br />

 

I have installed version 1.6.1.7 of prestashop and the version of module newsletterpro is 4.5.0

 

Anyone else has happened?

This issue should solve the module developer.

just curious why you are posting on the forums, for a module that you purchased.  why not reach out to the author of the module, and ask them for proper support?
