Colors in the cart

Hello,

 

I have products with combinations. 

I'd like to know how I can display the color that was chosen on the cart page.

For now, it displays the combination, for example: 

 

Bag

Blue, 2 stripes

 

So I can easily isolate and retrieve the color Blue, but now I'd like to know how I can do to rerieve the color code or image associated with this color.
