Automatic Order Status for specific product

Hello there,

 

I'm looking to set my instance of prestashop so that if a certain product is purchased it automatically gets set to an order status other than payment accepted.

 

We've started selling DHL delivery slips for people so they can easily return a product to us. These delivery slips are treated just like any other order so in order for us to make sure they are all accounted for we need to manually go through all the orders to pick them out. This would be fine if it were the same team of people shipping products as sorting out returns but as that is not the case it would be good if they were marked as "returns" rather than payment excepted when they come through.

 

I'm not sure what the best method for achieving this would be as I'm aware the order status is linked to the payment gateway and not the orders themselves.

 

The end result would be that I could make a new menu link that displays a filtered version of the order list only displaying these delivery slips
