Contact Page, how to edit receiver?

Hi all,
just a quick one.. on our "contact us" page the user has the ability to select either "webmaster" or "customer service" as the subject.

How can I go about editing these? I've looked all through the backoffice and can't find anything. Does each one send the message to a separate email address?
